We meet to understand use cases, site constraints and aesthetic goals. Measured surveys and reference photography inform an initial concept. Budget ranges are discussed openly to align ambitions with practical choices.
Our designers produce scaled drawings, material samples and photorealistic visualizations. Structural considerations, joinery methods and finish options are finalized. We iterate until the design satisfies function, proportion and craft criteria.
Materials are selected for durability, provenance and visual harmony. We prepare sample panels, joinery mockups and finish tests to ensure the chosen palette performs as expected in the project environment.
Production combines CNC accuracy with hand-assembled details. Mortise-and-tenon, dovetail and frame-and-panel assemblies are executed with jigs that preserve tolerances while allowing for final hand-fitting. Surfaces are pre-finished where appropriate to protect delicate finishes during transit.
On-site adjustments—shimming, leveling and final sealing—ensure the furniture sits perfectly. We coordinate installation with existing services and provide care instructions and maintenance guidance to protect the finish and structure for years.
